Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across Pakistan. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan, regardless of order value or weight.
Order Verification & Processing Time
Once the order is placed: 1. A member of our sales team will contact you to verify the order (Call/SMS/WhatsApp). 2. After verification, your order will be processed and dispatched. Cut-off Time: – Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed on the next business day. – Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: – 3–4 business days for major cities – Up to 7 days for remote or rural locations In case of an unexpected delay, the customer will be informed by email or SMS.
Multiple Shipments in One Order
If a single order contains items that are shipped separately: – Shipping charges apply only to the first package. – There are no additional charges for subsequent shipments of the same order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise specified. – Please ensure your phone number is active and you are available to receive the parcel. – If you wish to change your delivery address after dispatch, additional courier charges (if any) may apply.
Failed Delivery / Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
A delivery is marked as RTO (Returned to Origin) when: – The customer is not available at the provided address – The address is incorrect or incomplete – The customer refuses to accept the parcel – The
courier attempts delivery but cannot contact the customer In such cases: 1. The shipping cost for the first attempt is already incurred by the seller. 2. If the customer requests re-delivery, the re-shipping fee of Rs. 250 (or actual courier charges) must be paid by the customer. 3. Re-delivery will only be processed after: – Reconfirming address – Reconfirming availability – Receiving advance payment of shipping charges (if requested) 4. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after a failed delivery, they must still pay the shipping fee incurred for the first delivery attempt.
Order Not Received / Courier Issues
If you face any shipment-related issue such as: – No update from the courier – Delay beyond the usual time – Parcel marked delivered but not received Please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier team.
